Buddha Belly

I have this awesome plant called a Buddha Belly. I moved it into my room so it could get more sun. It's beautiful.



Here's its namesake, the Laughing Buddha.



Last incarnated as a jovial Chinese bodhisattva who lived 1,000 years ago, the same bodhisattva who will become Maitreya, the laughing buddha is happiness incarnate.

And as the Tao says, There is no way to happiness. Happiness is the way.
